Number of cycles, according to the list of mono-profile files.

This is simply the length of ArgoFloat.CYCLE_NUMBERS.

Notes

This N_CYCLES attribute is not to be confused with the netcdf dimension N_CYCLE that is the index for cycles in the context of a specific netcdf file (eg: trajectory file). That’s why we’re using the extra s at the end.
